We are now entering our last full term of this year. We have learnt so much, which we will now use to deepen our understanding.

If you have any worries or concerns, then please don’t hesitate to speak to us in a morning when dropping off or after school. Alternatively, you can make an appointment to see us with Mrs. Nicholls at the front office.

From the response of children’s interests and what they would like to learn about this Summer we will be looking at,

Warm Clothing.

No matter the weather, we have a free flow policy when it comes to outside. Please make your child has a warm winter coat, gloves, and scarf. We do have waterproof pants for the children to get changed into. However, if you would like your child to have a pair of wellies in school,  please bring them in a labelled bag.

We have now developed our outside area, and are looking for any old items you would like to donate.

We need:

              Wooden ladders

              Construction items

              Pots and pans

             Gardening tools

             Kitchen utensils

Our P.E day is Thursday afternoon with Mr Allen. Please make sure that your child has their full P.E kit in school, labelled with their name. Children MUST have their earrings taken out/ taped up by yourselves before coming into school in the morning.

Please read with your child at least 3 times a week for 10 minutes every night. Remember to sign the diary, this will get stamped in your reading quest card. When this card is full your child will receive a prize. Please make sure reading records are in school every day.

Books will be changed once a week on either a Tuesday or Thursday.

In a morning, children will put their books in the read or not read box.

The teachers will listen to your child read in phonics every day and through guided reading (at least twice a week.)
